TIME TO OPEN

I have just sent out the first message to the spinners on my Ravelry group to come join in and play with alpaca. It was just 9 months ago when the idea first came to me and now it looks as it is going to become a reality. It will take a little time for setting up and getting the matches going but I know that as it goes on the refinement will take place so that everyone can benefit from this marvelous fiber.

I find myself a little in awe regarding this, that it actually has come to fruition from a flicker of a thought to the finale. Sigh, I know that I have a LOT of work to do in the coming days, to get ready for alpaca and fiber festivals, getting the trades organized and a logo. But all in all, we are off.
